Poria (Poria Cocos) has been used for centuries for its incredible healing properties. To name a few of things that it is most commonly used for is

  • Poria is helpful for calming the nervous system, it has been considered as a very mild sedative due to the fact promotes a steady state in your body. It eases anxiety, and its calming effect helps support emotional balance, restlessness and makes its easier to fall asleep.
